I’m a former Division I football player and Under Armour All-American who played at USC and San Diego State University. My experience competing at a high level taught me the importance of fundamentals, discipline, preparation, and confidence. As a coach, I focus on developing football fundamentals, technique, athletic ability, and game knowledge. My coaching style is positive, structured, and hands-on, while challenging each athlete to improve.

Multiple years coaching high level travel baseball as well as providing private coaching instruction with an emphasis on pitching and throwing mechanics from ages 12-18. My own personal career was cut short due to injury, so I have channeled my love for the sport into helping teach the next generation of athletes. I currently play collegiate tennis in San Diego and coach players of all ages and levels. I coached men's college basketball for 16 years and women's for 10. I coached also High school girls basketball for 8 years at a low income first generation school. I coached intercollegiate tennis for 20 years and I also played intercollegiate basketball and tennis. I primarily work with professional athletes and intercollegiate athletes, but I do take on a few new clients a year that are beginners, middle schoolers, and high schoolers.

They hold an M.A. in English and have studied creative writing in the M.F.A. program at Columbia University. They have been an English lecturer at Texas State University and a creative writing teaching artist at the Austin Public Library Foundation. They currently teach at EngEasy and at Writers, Ink.
