"I’ve asked Jay regarding one review that’s gotten 1 star rating… Not to badmouth anyone here, but it’s very misleading to just hear one side of the story so I’m putting down a review so you guys can decide. What Jay told me happened was that this particular student told through the app that she never needed equipments. So then, of course Jay or any instructor will come empty handed. Then first thing she told him was “I don’t have any clubs” and that’s how their lesson started off. After one hour, she told him how willing she was to take two instead of one lesson a week so she can develop faster. So Jay planned her curriculum accordingly. But at the end, she didn’t explain her text thoroughly regarding getting lessons and he ended up preparing as if he would see her. And then the rest happened. My personal experience with jay is just like the rest of the people here. Absolutely amazing of a coach!

"The lesson with Kurt went quite well, I’d say. I appreciated how he focused on my serve technique, which has definitely improved a bit, though I still need more practice. Still, it's pretty helpful to get specific tips instead of just vague advice. If he could maybe include more drills, that’d be a plus. That said, I’m hopeful to see even more progress in the next lesson.

"Oh, definitely worth trying out with Nick. The lesson covered some interesting new strategies to hit the ball and improve court movement, which I found quite helpful. Though I still aim for consistency, I think building on what we worked on could really pay off. Still, it’s encouraging to see progress and get specific tips. If you’re into refining your game steadily, you might find it worth your while.

I have been passionate about baseball since early childhood. I especially enjoy sharing my love for the game with other players, coaches, parents, and fans. I believe in positive reinforcement through encouragement and instilling confidence. Every player is unique, so I take time to understand each player’s personality, strengths, and overall learning goals. I was born and raised in Houston, TX — a city with many opportunities for competitive youth baseball. I began playing travel ball at age six and soon played on multiple teams year-round. It became more than just a hobby for me; I realized that I wanted to pursue baseball professionally in some capacity. After lettering three years at Bellaire High School in Bellaire, TX, I was recruited to play shortstop for Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. I was one of the few players who made the travel team as a freshman. In my sophomore year, we went on to win the NCAA Division III National Championship. As an upperclassman, I took on a leadership role, honing my skills as both a player and a teacher of the game. Coaches and teammates labeled me as a cerebral player, and coaches trusted me to assist them with game strategy, player management, instructional work, and recruiting. After graduating with a B.S. in Geoscience (‘18), I earned a Masters degree in Geology at UC Davis (‘20). I currently work as an environmental geologist at a consulting firm, where I manage environmental cleanups, investigations, and property assessments. My passion for baseball remains unchanged. I continue to play competitively in a men’s league on the weekends. Baseball has shaped me into who I am as a person and a professional. I hope to use my experience to help players pursue their dreams. Whether you want to play competitively or just want to have fun, sign up for lessons and we can enjoy the game together! Hello! I’m Seth. I love playing and teaching others golf. I have 16 years of golfing experience starting with high school competitive play and lessons with several coaches. Anything golf related you want to know, I should have the answer. I focus on swing fundamentals, theory, and game management. For absolute beginners, the goal is to never miss the ball. For the more intermediate players, the goal is to develop a consistent repeatable shot pattern. For advanced players, the goal is to be able to shape the ball on command and control ball flight.
"This man is a great coach. Even after just one session noticed an immediate improvement in my form and feel much more confident standing in front of a golf ball. I will definitely be booking more sessions in the future
