Retired High School basketball coach in the Sacramento area. Coached AAU basketball for 12 years in Rocklin CA. I've coached 10u -17u age groups. I'm a patient but demanding coach who enjoys teaching the game of basketball. I've trained 1 on 1 and large groups as well.

Yoga changed my life in 2013, and it’s been my passion ever since. Over the past decade, I’ve completed multiple advanced trainings, led three 200-hour teacher trainings, and helped hundreds of students build strength, confidence, mobility, and body awareness. I have taught/ tutored on and off since 2014. I professionally taught preschool for about 3 years. I worked in an international school during summers in the Middle East. I love working with students.
