I’m Jake Govett, entering my 4th year as a professional lacrosse player with the San Diego Seals. Before turning pro, I competed at the Division I level at the University of Delaware, where I learned firsthand the preparation, discipline, and mindset it takes to succeed at the highest levels of the game. For the past 7 years, I’ve been coaching dedicated athletes at the youth and high school levels in field and box lacrosse, helping them elevate their skills, lacrosse IQ, and overall performance. My training is designed to give players a competitive edge—focusing on the same techniques, strategies, and habits I use as a pro to perform under pressure. If your goal is to dominate your matchups, get recruited, or prepare for the demands of the high school or college game, I can show you the path. You’ll leave every session sharper, stronger, and more confident—but also with a smile, because the best training keeps the game fun.
"Coach brings a great attitude every day. He’s positive, approachable, and always willing to talk with parents. My daughter looks forward to every practice, which says a lot.

I love tennis and have been sharing my experience with my students for over 20 years. My playing career spans 34 years in Russia. Many of my students under 18 are now among the 60 best tennis players in the world.
"We were the whole family at the training session, and everyone enjoyed the tennis lesson, the children especially liked it; they were joyful and interested in the training, everyone left in a good mood after an active lesson.
