I coached children across multiple sports, managed daily program operations, supported and trained staff, communicated with parents, and made sure each program ran smoothly.

My teaching style is fundamentals-first and deeply encouraging. I break down the mechanics of the game (footwork, shooting form, and passing) using the whole-part method so players truly understand why a move works.
