In my work with the client, I use the experience of Joe Weider, Mike Mentzer and my own evidence acquired in 14 years of training, thanks to the acquired experience, he fulfilled the standards of the Master of Sports of Ukraine in the weight category up to 90kg from the bench press 180kg .
