Golf should be challenging, rewarding, and enjoyable. With 20+ years of experience, I help golfers build reliable fundamentals, better ball striking, consistency, and confidence. I coach beginners, juniors, families, veterans, returning players, and golfers who have struggled with traditional instruction. Lessons are personalized, patient, and practical, covering swing mechanics, short game, putting, course management, practice habits, and the mental side of golf.

I am a college Head Women’s Basketball Coach, former Division I player, and former professional women’s basketball player. I specialize in skill development, fundamentals, footwork, ball handling, finishing, shooting, defense, conditioning, and basketball IQ. My coaching style is detailed, encouraging, and growth-focused. I work with beginners through advanced athletes and help players build confidence, discipline, and purpose in their training.

I am an internationally trained tennis coach and former elite junior who grew up in Tokyo and trained at Keio Tennis Academy, earning national-level results in Japan before continuing high-performance development at Weil Tennis Academy in California. I am also Mouratoglou-trained, having completed their coaching program. I now attend the University of California, Berkeley, and bring a global, disciplined, and resilient approach to coaching focused on strong fundamentals and mental toughness.

I work with players at the beginner to intermediate level, and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach interested in life-long health and fitness. My goal is to build a foundation that you can confidently take anywhere whether it's for recreation or competition.

Tennis is one of my greatest joys - I am passionate about introducing the sport to new communities, fostering junior development and supporting adult learners discover and hone their game.

I'm Will, Captain of the UC Berkeley Pickleball team. I am a 4.62 DUPR and currently ranked #52 in the collegiate pickleball rankings. My teaching philosophy is one that is flexible to best suit your needs as a player. I’m an RYT-500 Yoga Alliance-certified teacher with 16+ years of practice, trained at Barefoot Yoga (200-hour) and with Mark Stephens (300-hour). I’ve taught at UC Berkeley, Outdoor Yoga Berkeley, studios, retreats, corporate settings, and community organizations. Rooted in the Yoga Sutra, my classes - vinyasa, restorative, or yin - invite mindfulness, body awareness, and compassionate self-inquiry, offering yoga as both movement and a way of living with greater presence.

I have coached high school players, specifically my high school, as well as adults. Players ranging from beginners just starting, to intermediate players wanting to improve. I know many drills, conditioning exercises, and tennis games that will work on your conditioning, form, and mental resilience. First lesson will be simple playing and drills to get to know what level you are and what are your goals to improve tennis.
