I’ve been immersed in the world of singing for over a decade. Holding an AA degree in Vocal Performance, I bring a wealth of experience in singing and the vibrant world of musical theatre. Since 2015, I’ve been sharing my love for singing through voice lessons, helping students discover and refine their unique vocal talents. I also completed the prestigious Voice Teacher Training program at New York Vocal Coaching, founded by Justin Stoney. Hi, I’m Coach Frida Monsalvo I’m a former Division 1 soccer player, All-American, and SCC Defensive Player of the Year with a degree in Kinesiology and a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I currently serve as the Head Girls’ Soccer Coach at Glen A. Wilson High School and as an Assistant Coach for the Mt. SAC Women’s Soccer Program. With years of experience as both a player and coach, I specialize in sports performance, speed and agility, strength and conditioning, and injury recovery—especially for athletes returning from ACL injuries. I’ve worked with athletes of all levels and ages, from youth players learning the basics to competitive athletes preparing for the next level. "The coach was very nice and easy to work with. Came with all the necessary equipment to help guide me. Helped take videos so I could see for myself the issues with my form. Unfortunately, the location had a small hiccup with too many players and a small part of the lesson took part outside of a pickleball court. Other than that, the lesson itself was sufficient enough for me to start working on some of my bad habits.
