My name is Anneke DeKraker, I am a competitive and experienced pickleball player eager to share my love for this sport and help you elevate your game. I am a coach with four years of playing experience, a doubles DUPR rating of 4.968, and a singles DUPR rating of 4.182. I'm dedicated to creating a fun and supportive environment where you can learn and improve in the rapidly growing sport of pickleball!

I spent much of my younger adult life playing golf professionally and attempting to qualify for the PGA tour. I was competing more then teaching but along the way, I learned from some of the best instructors in the country..Ive always loved dissecting the swing and helping others understand what creates improvement. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing the "light bulb moment" when it clicks. I enjoy working with golfers of all skill levels.i look forward to helping you enjoy golf even more.

I have been playing basketball since the age of 10. My brother was on the high school team and I have trained with him growing up almost everyday. I played on my college intramural team and have taken lessons from professionals that played in college. I regularly play in basketball leagues that even have players over 6’8” tall. I am well versed in young children as I have taught young students English from three years up. (I have my own kids these ages) I am bilingual Mandarin and can explain concepts well in both languages. I am patient, kind, and enjoy seeing others achieve their goals. I look forward to teaching any students be well rounded individuals not just in sports, but in life.

With a lifelong background in racket sports, including tennis, table tennis, and a passion for pickleball, I combine my experience as a competitive 5.0-level pickleball medalist with three Division 1 tennis championships and a Southern California CIF semifinal appearance. I currently teach at Mulholland Hills Country Club and Mika's Tennis Academy and have previously worked as a Special Education instructor, Registered Behavior Therapist, Adaptive Skills Clinician, Mobility Trainer, and Physical Therapist Aide. I hold a Master's degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Biomechanics. My students have earned medals from the 2.5–4.5 levels and qualified for USA Pickleball Nationals. I’m a lifelong student of the game, raised in a family of coaches, and I’ve spent years in the gym studying how players actually improve. I care about the details—footwork, decision-making, and building skills that show up in real games. Every session is focused on helping players grow their confidence, understand the game, and become more effective when it matters. I built my own game around efficiency—shooting over 60% from three with a 3:1 assist-to-turnover ratio—and that same approach is what I now use to help players improve and reach their potential.
