For four decades, I've nurtured soccer skills, blending technique with strategic insight. My passion is unlocking potential on the field, fostering growth in players of all levels. I aim to instill a lifelong love for the game. After an initial assessment, I plan a curriculum designed to help players improve their game quickly. I blend my experience as a professional player along with over 30 years of coaching to target aspects of players abilities that need improvement as well as elevating players strengths in a fun and educational environment.

Yoga changed my life in 2013, and it’s been my passion ever since. Over the past decade, I’ve completed multiple advanced trainings, led three 200-hour teacher trainings, and helped hundreds of students build strength, confidence, mobility, and body awareness. I believe awareness and intention, combined with breath and movement, create magic. I’ll meet you where you are and help you discover what your body is truly capable of.

Retired High School basketball coach in the Sacramento area. Coached AAU basketball for 12 years in Rocklin CA. I've coached 10u -17u age groups. I'm a patient but demanding coach who enjoys teaching the game of basketball. I've trained 1 on 1 and large groups as well.

Sports are my passion, I’ve studied the game since a child now I travel sharing my knowledge. Teaching kids, K-12, adults and seniors is what I enjoy doing. Positively inspiring and building bonds with people through basketball, football and baseball is my gift to the world.

I have taught/ tutored on and off since 2014. I professionally taught preschool for about 3 years. I worked in an international school during summers in the Middle East. I love working with students.

I specialize in elementary and middle school reading and writing support, essay writing, homework help, test preparation, and foundational English language arts skills. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and individualized to each student’s needs. Whether your child needs help catching up, staying on track, or getting ahead, I strive to make learning engaging and build the confidence they need to succeed independently.

Former Coach and Director with Skyhawks Sports Academy, where I helped lead youth sports programs and create a positive, engaging environment for young athletes. I coached children across multiple sports, managed daily program operations, supported and trained staff, communicated with parents, and made sure each program ran smoothly.

My teaching style is fundamentals-first and deeply encouraging. I break down the mechanics of the game (footwork, shooting form, and passing) using the whole-part method so players truly understand why a move works. I work with a wide range of students from complete beginners who are new to the sport to elite athletes preparing for high school or collegiate careers.
