Coach BJ Nard is a former Division I athlete and elite performance coach specializing in speed, explosiveness, and position-specific development. He has worked with NFL, NBA, Olympic, overseas, and youth to collegiate athletes, preparing them for combines, pro days, and competition. His system develops athletes who react faster, move efficiently, and perform when it matters most.

I played football in high school, and throughout my journey, I was fortunate to have some wonderful mentors who taught me valuable lessons both on and off the field. Because of what they poured into me, I feel confident in my ability to give back to the community, mentor others, and help the next generation grow and succeed.

I am an active Collegiate Basketball Player and High School Director and Coach for OC Rain based in Irvine. I train players of all ages with a positive, encouraging coaching style that builds confidence while still challenging and pushing my athletes with the goal of developing real game skills.
