My name is Desmond Frempong, and basketball has been my passion for over 30 years, playing through high school and coaching at both youth and high school levels. I've had the privilege of coaching at Ayala High School in Chino Hills and Glendora High School in Glendora. Currently, I am actively involved in youth and high school refereeing, and I also have experience working with youth summer leagues. I pride myself on being knowledgeable, patient, and effective as a teacher. I look forward to collaborating with you to enhance your skills on the court!

With over 25 years of experience in the game, golf has been a lifelong passion that has taken me from junior competitions to D1 collegiate golf and beyond. I played for Oregon State University and did not miss a tournament. Additionally, I have competed at the U.S. Girls Junior Amateurs twice (‘08, ‘09) and the U.S. Women's Amateurs twice (‘12, ‘14). My PR is 64 back in high school. After college, I competed professionally on the Cactus Tour in Arizona, where I secured a tournament win at -11. While in Arizona, I also found joy in teaching, working with kids ages 6 to 12 at the TopGolf Summer Academy, helping them develop strong fundamentals and a love for the game. I also have experience going to Q-School and made it to Stage 2 my first year. Whether you're a beginner looking to build confidence and a strong foundation or an experienced player looking to lower your scores, I offer tailored lessons based on your goals. Robin is the Wind Conductor of the Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles (YOLA) at Inglewood under the Los Angeles Philharmonic. She is also the founder and conductor of the Mission Philharmonic and Mission Wind Ensemble, where she is dedicated to fostering music education and appreciation in Riverside through free concerts and community outreach. Her conducting experience spans orchestras, wind ensembles, and opera, including her work with the Symphony Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, and Opera at California Baptist University. As a performer, she has played with distinguished ensembles such as the World Youth Wind Symphony and the FMEA All-State Symphonic Band. In addition to her work on the podium, Robin has held arts administration roles, serving as Orchestra Manager for the Sewanee Symphony and Artist Liaison for the National Repertory Orchestra. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Instrumental Conducting at California Baptist University and holds a Bachelor of Music in piano and flute performance from Florida Southern College.
