"Jen is incredible! She breaks down every shot and strategy so it actually makes sense, and her drills are challenging but super fun. I’ve learned more in a few lessons with her than months of playing on my own. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to take their game to the next level!

I’m Jake Govett, entering my 4th year as a professional lacrosse player with the San Diego Seals. Before turning pro, I competed at the Division I level at the University of Delaware, where I learned firsthand the preparation, discipline, and mindset it takes to succeed at the highest levels of the game. For the past 7 years, I’ve been coaching dedicated athletes at the youth and high school levels in field and box lacrosse, helping them elevate their skills, lacrosse IQ, and overall performance. My training is designed to give players a competitive edge—focusing on the same techniques, strategies, and habits I use as a pro to perform under pressure. If your goal is to dominate your matchups, get recruited, or prepare for the demands of the high school or college game, I can show you the path. You’ll leave every session sharper, stronger, and more confident—but also with a smile, because the best training keeps the game fun.
"Coach brings a great attitude every day. He’s positive, approachable, and always willing to talk with parents. My daughter looks forward to every practice, which says a lot.
