As a coach I'm focused on sharpening players skills while adding to their knowledge needed to get them to the next level and make them better men within their community. I played in highschool then college making All PAC 5 League at San Luis Obispo the posting multiple multi sack games for Monterey Peninsula College finally having 6 Tackles 1FF in last game played at Fitchburg State. Through playing multiple positions on Offense and Defense in highschool as well as college I have a personal understanding of the fundamentals required to succeed on either side of the ball in a vast array of challenging spots a player will be put in on a weekly basis.

I’ve been playing golf for over 40 years and currently hold a 7 handicap, with my lowest being a remarkable 1! Though I played baseball in college and didn’t compete in college golf, my passion for the game has only grown. For the past 10 years, I’ve been coaching private one-on-one lessons, and I truly love helping others improve their skills and enjoy the game as much as I do.

I'm the athletic director at the local high school in Atascadero, but golf has always been a major part of my life. I've played competitively since I was 12, even qualifying for the US Open twice! I've learned from some of the best instructors in the world, so I understand proper mechanics and teaching techniques. Although my current job and family life keep me busy, I'm passionate about giving back to the game.
