Music is my life, and guitar is my passion! As a professional musician for many years, I'm eager to share my knowledge with students of all levels. I've taught guitar for over 20 years, focusing on developing a strong foundation in technique and music theory.

I am a guitarist, performer, and composer who studied at the California Jazz Conservatory with over 18 years experience of playing and teaching. I have worked and studied with renowned musicians such as Jonathan Kreisberg, Liberty Ellman, Romain Pilon, and Mimi Fox. While now primarily a jazz musician, my playing is also influenced by rock legends like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Joe Satriani, and Steve Vai. I believe that every student learns and grows differently, with their own unique goals. My approach is all about cultivating a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment where students can develop at their own pace. I've been strumming the guitar for over three decades, sharing my expertise as a teacher for seven years. My journey includes performing professionally at top Hawaiian hotels and being part of the Michael Herrera Classical Quartet. Diving into music theory at Laney College, Chabot College, and California State University, Hayward, I'm thrilled to guide you on your guitar adventure!

Kevin is the lead instructor at Foreplay Simulators which offers Greenjoy Technology. His availabiity at Foreplay Simulators is Sun-Fri mornings and Tues & Wed evenings. Kevin is a Class A PGA Golf Professional with 23 years of experience coaching golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to tour professionals. Originally from Connecticut, Kevin has built a distinguished career in both competitive play and instruction. His passion for the game began in high school, where he won multiple tournaments. He went on to compete at the collegiate level, starting at Mitchell College, where he won the NJCAA Division 3 National Championship. He then transferred to UConn, serving as team captain in his senior year. After college, Kevin turned professional and competed on the Cleveland Golf Pro Tour in New England, further deepening his understanding of high-level competitive golf.
