Hi! I'm a current lacrosse player at the University of Redlands and an athlete since I was in diapers, which has helped me build extensive leadership and coaching skills over the years. I'm super passionate about helping players grow on and off the field and have been playing primarily defense for about 9 years now, but have experience in every position. I have a strong understanding of the game as a whole and have coached girls from elementary all through high school levels.

I've been a passionate golf instructor for over 15 years, helping individuals of all ages and skill levels discover the joy and fulfillment of mastering the game. With over 25 years of experience in the game, golf has been a lifelong passion that has taken me from junior competitions to D1 collegiate golf and beyond. I played for Oregon State University and did not miss a tournament. Additionally, I have competed at the U.S. Girls Junior Amateurs twice (‘08, ‘09) and the U.S. Women's Amateurs twice (‘12, ‘14). My PR is 64 back in high school. After college, I competed professionally on the Cactus Tour in Arizona, where I secured a tournament win at -11. I also have experience going to Q-School and made it to Stage 2 my first year. Whether you're a beginner looking to build confidence and a strong foundation or an experienced player looking to lower your scores, I offer tailored lessons based on your goals. My name is Roberto. I was born and raised in San José, Costa Rica, and I came to the United States nine years ago to play college tennis. I graduated from Azusa Pacific University (nation's top 10 NCAA Division II school) with a B.A. in Business Management and served as the team's captain on my last semester. I have also coached beginner and intermediate tennis players of all ages in Costa Rica as well as several collegiate dual matches. Regarding my playing history, I have played tournaments in over 10 countries, obtained a junior international ranking, and reached a ranking of #8 in Costa Rica. As of this year, I started coaching pickleball and the experience has been no different! Concepts are very similar and time to raise level is actually shorter!
