I coach players of all ages, skill levels, and positions. My programming is tailored to each athlete's goals, whether that's learning the game from scratch, improving specific skills, or trying to compete at the next level. Along with developing a strong base of fundamentals, I enjoy teaching the mental side of baseball, which was imperative to my career and carries over off the field. My goal is to create a positive and challenging environment that facilitates improvement.

I played football in high school, and throughout my journey, I was fortunate to have some wonderful mentors who taught me valuable lessons both on and off the field. Because of what they poured into me, I feel confident in my ability to give back to the community, mentor others, and help the next generation grow and succeed.

Coach BJ Nard is a former Division I athlete and elite performance coach specializing in speed, explosiveness, and position-specific development. He has worked with NFL, NBA, Olympic, overseas, and youth to collegiate athletes, preparing them for combines, pro days, and competition. His system develops athletes who react faster, move efficiently, and perform when it matters most.

With two decades on the court, I bring both seasoned expertise and an infectious enthusiasm to tennis instruction. My experience as an experienced player allows me to offer strategic insights and skill refinement, fostering a supportive environment for growth. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your personal best, whatever your level!

Hi welcome to my bio! I come from a very sport-centric family and have been playing tennis since the age of six at various levels. With over 30 years of tennis experience as a former college player and coach since 2007 I bring expertise in developing your technical skills, mentality, and fitness. One of my strengths is incorporating comprehensive and scientific-based nutrition advice to optimize your performance on court. Above all else my goal is to make tennis fun and competitive while fostering a love for the sport. See you on court!

My passion for tennis ignited on the court during my college years, and for the past 45 years, I've channeled that passion into coaching. I was the former Head Tennis Coach at Chapman University. I've developed All-Americans and National Champions along with players making H.S teams. My goal is to make learning enjoyable while fostering technical mastery and strategic thinking in a supportive environment. Let's unlock your potential on the court together!

I’ve played 2 years at an NCAA division I program competing in the WCC. In high school I went to the Division 2 CIF southern section finals. As well as a 2x  Junior National Champion. Although I’ve decided to center my college career solely on beach after 2 years, I spent my last two years of college head coaching for indoor volleyball.

"Hannah would babysit my 9 year old daughter and always picked up a volleyball and just played. She was very engaging and was able to teach my daughter the basic skills in volleyball.
