With 25 years of playing experience and 13 years of coaching, I have worked with over 500 students of all ages and skill levels through private lessons, group programs, and summer camps. I competed semi-professionally on the UK Junior Circuit and received elite training from Nick Bollettieri at The Harbour Club in Chelsea, London. I earned my first PTR certification at the age of 12 and have continued to advance through multiple licensing levels. As a player, I served as high school team captain and later competed as the top seed during my college career in the UK. My coaching style is down-to-earth, supportive, and adaptable, allowing me to work effectively with beginners through advanced players. I am deeply passionate about tennis and about helping others grow—whether that means taking your game to the next level or inspiring a lifelong love for the sport.

Hi, I’m Coach Frida Monsalvo I’m a former Division 1 soccer player, All-American, and SCC Defensive Player of the Year with a degree in Kinesiology and a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I currently serve as the Head Girls’ Soccer Coach at Glen A. Wilson High School and as an Assistant Coach for the Mt. SAC Women’s Soccer Program. With years of experience as both a player and coach, I specialize in sports performance, speed and agility, strength and conditioning, and injury recovery—especially for athletes returning from ACL injuries.
