I am an active Collegiate Basketball Player and High School Director and Coach for OC Rain based in Irvine. I train players of all ages with a positive, encouraging coaching style that builds confidence while still challenging and pushing my athletes with the goal of developing real game skills. I believe in a strong focus on attention to detail which leads to player I don’t just run random drills — every workout is carefully curated to fit each athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, and goals.

I help players develop the skills that actually make difference on the field - not tricks that only look impressive in practice. Every drill has a purpose and is designed to improve performance during real matches. My coaching focuses elite ball control, speed, agility, first touch, shooting, confidence and game intelligence, teaching players when and how to use each skill under pressure. 30 years of European soccer experience, i help players become more effective, more confident and stand out.

"My son John is 16 years old. English is not my first language, so I used a translator to write this review, but I really wanted to share our experience. I have known Tomas for many years because we used to play soccer together. Even back then, Tomas was always one of the players who stood out. Now, at 48 years old, he still has an impressive understanding of the game and the ability to demonstrate the techniques he teaches. When I found out he was visiting his family in the Czech Republic, I immediately called him and asked if he could help my son. My son plays in the Slavia Prague academy as a central midfielder, the same position Tomas used to play. At this level, competition is extremely high, and my son was fighting to earn a regular place in the starting eleven. We only had three weeks during Tomas’s visit, so we made the most of it—two days a week with two training sessions per day. It was very demanding and my son was definitely sore, but the improvement in his explosiveness, acceleration, agility, and overall dynamics was absolutely worth it. Another thing that makes Tomas different is his many years of experience playing high-level futsal. His ball touch, control, and quick footwork are something he can still demonstrate himself, not just explain. That made a huge impression on my son. Watching Tomas work with him reminded me why he always stood out as a player. He understands what happens on the field and knows how to transfer that knowledge to a young player. Writing this review is the minimum I can do to thank him. I truly hope Tomas can help many more young players the way he helped my son.

I’ve been playing soccer since I was 2 years old and have trained under many experienced coaches throughout the years. I also have experience teaching and helping younger players develop their skills. Currently, I play at the professional academy LA Galaxy.

My journey with the guitar began at 8, launching into private lessons soon after. Auditioning for and attending the Orange County School of the Arts Guitar program from 7th to 12th grade expanded my musical horizons, training me in classical, flamenco, jazz, and studio engineering using Logic Pro X and Protools. Beyond school performances at renowned venues like Disneyland, House of Blues, and jazz festivals, I delved into the LA punk scene and various local gigs. With four years of teaching experience at Guitar Center, I've instructed students of all ages and levels, embracing diverse styles and adapting to group dynamics. Teaching extends beyond the norm for me; I've worked with children and adults with special needs, aiming to make music accessible and enjoyable for everyone. With a passion for playing and teaching, music has been a constant and significant part of my life, shaping my journey into a harmonious blend of artistic exploration and education.
