I’m Jake Govett, entering my 4th year as a professional lacrosse player with the San Diego Seals. Before turning pro, I competed at the Division I level at the University of Delaware, where I learned firsthand the preparation, discipline, and mindset it takes to succeed at the highest levels of the game. For the past 7 years, I’ve been coaching dedicated athletes at the youth and high school levels in field and box lacrosse, helping them elevate their skills, lacrosse IQ, and overall performance. My training is designed to give players a competitive edge—focusing on the same techniques, strategies, and habits I use as a pro to perform under pressure. When I was playing volleyball I had responsibility to warm teammates as team captain. I'm not the best player but the skills involved in chess is calculation defensive and attack moves and expected opponent move using different pieces to test opponents defense and lure the opponent into opening a defensive posture and choice of attack strategy. I've played chess for 20 years and can teach many strategies for all skill levels and prepare you for challenging games .

Hello, my name is Trevor Tanner. I am currently going on my second year as a high school football coaching. Currently I am the DB's coach for JV and Varsity, and the defensive coordinator for the freshman level, with experience coaching D-Line last year. I also coach younger groups as well, I have coached 3 season of Flag football ranging from 3rd-7th grade. During the off season I have done 1on1 or small group trainings with my high school team. This can be position focused or speed & agility.
