Coach football tackle and flag. Been coaching tackle football for 20 plus years. Have 2 girls in flag and son in tackle. The plan is always to build a strong foundation of strong fundamentals, then we can go anywhere from there. I can coach all positions. But i specialize in wide receivers and defensive backs. Also a fitness coach. So i can get athletes stronger more agile and explosive. I’ve coached all ages and levels.

I currently play for the CSU Eastbay Pioneers and played for two years for the Pipers at Hamline University in Saint Paul, MN. I have also played for the So Cal Dutch Lions USLW/WPSL. I coach beginners, juniors, families, veterans, returning players, and golfers who have struggled with traditional instruction.
