Hi, I’m Coach Frida Monsalvo I’m a former Division 1 soccer player, All-American, and SCC Defensive Player of the Year with a degree in Kinesiology and a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I currently serve as the Head Girls’ Soccer Coach at Glen A. Wilson High School and as an Assistant Coach for the Mt. SAC Women’s Soccer Program. With years of experience as both a player and coach, I specialize in sports performance, speed and agility, strength and conditioning, and injury recovery—especially for athletes returning from ACL injuries. I’ve worked with athletes of all levels and ages, from youth players learning the basics to competitive athletes preparing for the next level. My goal is to create an environment where every athlete feels seen, supported, and challenged. I believe in combining science-based training with intentional coaching that builds discipline, confidence, and a strong mindset. Hi I am coach Chris. I have been playing tennis since I started high school. I have been teaching it for over 10 years now. I teach all ages from very young to adults. I have worked with a group organization that teaches large groups as well as being the high school coach for Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Eastvale. I always teach with the intention to make it seem easier so that it is easy to pick up while trying to keep the game fun.
