With a lifelong background in racket sports, including tennis, table tennis, and a passion for pickleball, I combine my experience as a competitive 5.0-level pickleball medalist and three Division 1 championships, and reaching the Southern California Semi-finals of CIF in tennis. A teaching professional at Braemar Country Club and Mika's Tennis Academy, a former Special Education instructor, registered behavior therapist, adaptive skills clinician, mobility trainer, and physical therapist aide, and I hold a Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, and Biomechanics. My name is Desmond Frempong, and basketball has been my passion for over 30 years, playing through high school and coaching at both youth and high school levels. I've had the privilege of coaching at Ayala High School in Chino Hills and Glendora High School in Glendora. Currently, I am actively involved in youth and high school refereeing, and I also have experience working with youth summer leagues. I have been coaching for 2 years to 10-18 years olds on fielding, throwing, and hitting. I have played my entire life and won the NAIA national championship 2024. I am currently getting my masters in sport performance and psychology.
