Originally from Ireland, I have been coaching in the US for over 15 years. I've cultivated a passion for soccer, teaching skills and strategies to players of all levels. I believe in fostering both technical excellence and a genuine love for the game. I strive to make every session fun and beneficial.

I bring over 15 years of playing experience in soccer, spanning recreational, club, and high school levels. For the past 5 years, I’ve coached players of all ages, primarily through AYSO. I’m currently an AYSO Certified Advanced Coach and serve as an assistant coach for a high school varsity team. I’m passionate about helping players grow, no matter their starting point. My focus is on creating a fun, supportive, and goal-oriented training environment that encourages development at every level.

I'm an avid golfer who has been playing my whole life, including through high school and college. With a handicap of 4.1, I have extensive experience in all phases of the game. I love sharing my passion for golf and believe that a good attitude makes every round more enjoyable. Whether you're looking to improve your skills or just want to have fun on the course, I'm always up for a good time!

I learned basketball from Hall of Famers John Wooden, Jerry West and Lute Olson. I coached Division I in college for seven years. Two of the teams I coached reached the conference championship games. I have coached basketball for the last 8 years in 11 different countries helping basketball players live their dream of being a professional basketball player. I played high school basketball at Hatboro-Horsham and college at Arcadia University. I was featured on ESPN Sportscenter. Learned strong fundamentals from Sam Rines, former AAU coach of Kobe Bryant and fine tuned my training skills working for Jameson basketball. My passion for the game is what drives me as a trainer. I want to see the players maximize there ability through detailed oriented teaching. I am currently the 13th ranked Coach in California

With over 25 years of basketball playing experience, I cultivated my own skills and passion. I wasn't training with fancy trainers, I was simply putting the work in needed. This "back against the wall" mentality led me to division 1 basketball and playing professionally overseas for 6 years. When injuries took over, I began training aspiring pros coming out of college with no contract. I focused on the building of two players and both ended up getting contracts overseas. I train high school and middle school kids as well, but they must have a deep passion to get better. My focus is on personalized training to elevate each player's game in the respective ways needed for the individual. I bring seriousness, passion, planning, execution and expertise to a commitment of helping young aspiring hoopers excel.
