My name is Lainie and I just finished my softball career as a pitcher and hitter. I am very passionate about the game of softball and the nuances of pitching. I have vast experience in working as a division 1 manager at the University of Northern Colorado and a four year playing career at Colorado Christian University (NCAA D2) and Montana State University Billings (NCAA D2). I am interested in working with young pitchers who are looking to learn fundamentals and find their passion for the game.

I'm an NSCA-CPT and former 3-year NCAA DII soccer captain with 19 years of elite athletic experience and 9+ years of coaching. My training blends high-performance conditioning with injury prevention, drawing from years of working directly with collegiate athletic trainers. Whether you want to elevate your soccer skills, boost speed and agility, or build foundational strength and mobility, I design custom programs to help you progress safely and crush your goals!

Scratch player. Played varsity high school while ranking as a top 100 junior golfer in California. As an adult, won some city championships as well. Most importantly, golf has been a great way to have fun and meet people and keep friends on the course. Whether you’re trying to go competitive or just play well enough to keep up with your colleagues, we can get you to that level. Golf is hard, but with a simple understanding of the swing and the golf club, you can learn to play decent golf.

I played tennis my entire life until I finished my D1 career at NAU and moved to Denver where I worked as a personal tennis coach with a D1 tennis player that committed to Florida State University. Mullen High School in Denver, Colorado, where I maintained a 4.0 GPA while balancing rigorous academics, leadership positions, and competitive tennis.
