I especially enjoy working with young adults and senior mature players that want to get the best out of their abilities. I tailor my approach to each individual's physical and emotional attributes. Justin, originally from Commack, NY, earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in psychology from Hofstra University. He has 22 years of experience playing and coaching tennis and, in 2024, was named the USTA Eastern Tennis Professional of the Year. He joined the SPORTIME team in 2020, as a tennis coach, and was promoted to Director of Tennis in 2023.

Kayla has been playing pickleball for 3 years and has competed in tournaments across the nation. Currently holding a 4.5 DUPR, she continues to improve her game while gaining valuable experience. In the last 6 months, Kayla began coaching and is now IPTPA certified, eager to share her expertise and passion for the sport with players of all levels.

I have been training martial arts for 33 years. I have been teaching martial arts for 20 years to people of all ages and experience levels. I started in taekwondo when I was 3 years old. I also trained BJJ for 5 years and I have my blue belt. I’ve also competed in local and national BJJ competitions. My main passion is Muay Thai. I have 13 fights!
