I have 20 years of experience playing acoustic and electric guitar in original and cover bands. I’ve performed across the US and Caribbean in touring bands and as a solo multi-instrumentalist. I have played and performed genres from pop to rock to ska to Mexican regional music. I can help you learn to play cover songs. I can teach you to understand tabs and chord charts. I have years of song writing experience and I can help you understand music theory as a basis for song writing.

For the past 17 years, I've developed a deep love for playing and teaching football. I have coached youth flag for 3 years, and been playing college football for the past 4 with one year of eligibility remaining. I am originally from St.Louis, but football and family brought me to the Tampa area. I hope to inspire the youth to fall in love with the sport of football and chase their dreams!

I have extensive, over 40 years of college and professional coaching experience. I am still actively involved in the game of football as a supervisor of replay with an extensive staff. It is best to just google me. I am a traditionalist and believe, very strongly, in fundamentals. From there you become comfortable in adjusting to your own style and technique. But solid fundamentals are always what save you when you hit a rut. Stories help create a good picture.

Hayden Givens-Craig is a professional pitcher whose career is built on development, persistence, and results. After entering college throwing just 73 MPH, Hayden transformed himself into a 90 MPH arm by his senior season. At Southeastern University, he became one of the program’s most dominant relievers, finishing his senior year with 4 top five single season records before signing professionally. Now Hayden uses the same training principles that fueled his own transformation to help athletes.

With a lifetime passion for basketball, I bring years of experience as both a player and a coach to every training session. I’ve coached a wide range of players, from youth teams in AAU and at the YMCA to dedicated one on one training. My coaching philosophy is built on the belief that greatness starts with a solid foundation. Then skill development, conditioning, mental toughness/IQ, and competitiveness.
