PTR certified tennis instructor with 13+ years of playing experience and 5+ years of coaching experience. I began coaching as an Assistant Tennis Pro at the Cape Coral Yacht Club and currently serve as Director of Junior Tennis at The Courts Cape Coral. I specialize in junior development, camps, clinics, and private instruction. I am also a 5th-grade teacher and am currently earning my M.S. in Athletic Coaching from Florida State University.

Rick Kubb is an experienced IPTPA Level II Certified Pickleball Teaching Professional based in Cape Coral, FL. Having discovered Pickleball in 2015 Rick has competed in numerous local, regional and national qualifying tournaments. Rick enjoys working with players of all ages and skill levels takes pride in personalizing his instruction to each student based on their physical ability and skill level. Rick is organized and prepares detailed lesson plans prior to going on the court.

As a PTR Level 1 certified Tennis Professional and an active competitive player, I am committed to helping players of all ages and skill levels reach their full potential. My coaching philosophy emphasizes fundamentals, technique, and long-term development in a positive, encouraging environment. My goal as a tennis coach is not only to help players improve their tennis, but also foster discipline, confidence and a passion for the sport. I look forward to working with you.

I have been teaching tennis for over 20 years in Lee County at both private clubs and gated communities. I teach both private, semi private, and group lessons. My general teaching philosophy is to reduce the variables and simplify the game for beginners to get them playing tennis as soon as possible. I work with both adults and juniors. For more advanced players. I work on both technique and the mental game of tennis. I'm a big believer in doing things the correct way with proper form.
