I am passionate about helping individuals build realistic nutrition habits that fit their lifestyle and support long-term health. My coaching style is supportive, personalized, and focused on practical, evidence-based solutions for lasting behavior change.

I love the game. I’ve been playing basketball since I was nine years old so I will be good coach cause I still play basketball today. My job is to teach and preach.

I have been a swimmer since I was 6 years old. I swam all through out high school and went on to play Division 1 water polo as well. I have taught swim lessons for 6 years. I have also had the honor to be the Head Coach for Quakertown Summer Swim Team for the past 2 summers. I love coaching swimmers and teaching them good technique and skill they can carry over in their strokes and races. I love to have a good time with my swimmers and make the lesson fun and enjoyable!
