I started playing tennis since I was eight years old. I have played many national tournaments throughout my tennis career. I am also bilingual (Spanish/English). My experience in tennis is vast. Over many decades I have been consistent towards my game with a very effective approach on teaching.

I’m a certified strength and conditioning coach and NASM certified personal trainer. I help people discover their inner athlete —because if you have a body you are an athlete! My background blends rehabilitation and performance to help people move better, feel stronger and return to activities that they love. I am a kayaker and a martial artist. I specialize in return to play, weight loss, muscle gain and injury rehab. I have worked with people ages 8-89!

I've taught Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki, and other healing modalities in 1:1 private sessions, retreats, and festivals across Argentina, New York, Miami, and Brazil — including recent work at Omni Fort Lauderdale, Best Life-ing at Carillon Wellness Resort, Hilton Aventura, and Ritz-Carlton Residences.
