Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu three-stripe brown belt with 14+ years of grappling experience. I teach gi and no-gi fundamentals, submissions, escapes, and takedowns to children, teens, and adults of all levels. I began assisting classes as a blue belt and later led my own program for over a year. My instruction emphasizes clear technique, safety, and a supportive environment that builds confidence and refines skills for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Let's train!

PPR certified pickleball coach since 2023, based in South Florida. Have competed in multiple PPA tournaments at 4.0 and 4.5 and in many countries abroad. I coach alongside pro coach Mark Price on international pickleball vacations and founded Pickleball Travel®, taking players to world class pickleball places. I coach all levels – beginner to competitive. Private lessons, group clinics, and partner sessions available. My coaching style is encouraging, patient, and results-focused.

My greatest achievement was being able to get my player from juniors in top 400 WTA (346wta singles and 386 wta doubles) 27 trophies as a coach on ITF tour.
