I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Florida International University (FIU) and became educated in the biological sciences and other related subjects. Additionally, I am currently pursuing a career in high school education and have a Statement of Eligibility in Biology (Grades 6 - 12), Chemistry (Grades 6 - 12), and General Sciences (Grades 5 - 9). My teaching style is best described as adaptable, patient, and supportive.

Hi there! My name is Taylor, I am a pre-veterinary student that loves to share my passion for teaching and learning with other students in need. I have experience working as a reading/writing/math tutor for students of all ages, including those with learning and intellectual disabilities. I love to share my knowledge on topics like math, sciences, reading and writing! I am a very patient, collaborative, and creative teacher that will adapt to each student's unique needs.

Played basketball competitively for most of my life including schools,camps and leagues.I’ve coached all levels from youths to adults including PAL, CYO and private leagues as well as boys and girls in YMCA.

With a Master's degree, I have spent 35 years teaching ELL, ESL, Writing, Reading Comp, Theater, Public Speaking and Debate. I retired in 2016 and continue to tutor. I have also written 6 children's books, a play and a movie script. I want to help you grow. It is my passion

I have worked as a Writing Center tutor at the University of Miami since 2021 and teach both English and English for Speakers of Other Languages at a community college in Broward, Florida. I have taught English in a number of countries including Indonesia, Singapore and Greece and enjoy working with both native and non-native speakers of English. Private lessons, clinics of two to four, hitting sessions, match play. Specialties: stroke fundamentals, serve mechanics, footwork, point construction. English and Spanish.
