Hi! I’m Coach Bella, coaching has been a passion of mine for over 5 years now. After I played at the University of Charleston in WV, I decided to take volleyball serious and had one goal; Share my passion and love for the sport and make other people feel the same way. I believe working hard and maintaining GRIT will help you succeed whether it’s playing volleyball or everyday tasks. I bring a lot of energy on the court, and encourage others to do so as well. For over eleven years, I served as an Academic Support Specialist at Pasco-Hernando State College, offering essay assistance to up to 350 students per semester. Over this time, I maintained no less than an 85% pass rate in English Composition I &II, Creative Writing, and Literature courses. I also had the privilege of teaching these courses during condensed semesters. More recently, I was voted a Top 5 tutor in the Hernando Sun, and have had worked published in international literary journals.

I’m a mental health education coach with 10+ years of experience in wellness research, writing, and clear communication. I help students understand stress, burnout, emotional balance, healthy routines, self-awareness, and confidence-building in a practical, supportive way. My style is patient, encouraging, and easy to follow. In our first lesson, we’ll discuss your goals and create a clear learning plan.

I can teach any and all age ranges. I can do basic to intermediate clinics. I can also do one on one lessons for ironing out parts of your game that may need some work.
