Through years of playing and self development, I created my own drills and training methods to help players improve their skills and confidence I specialize in shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, athletic development and post play. I hold a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with concentrations in Health Studies, Nutrition Studies, and Health Communication, and I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in Nutrition. I am passionate about helping individuals build realistic nutrition habits that fit their lifestyle and support long-term health. My coaching style is supportive, personalized, and focused on practical, evidence-based solutions for lasting behavior change.
