Hello! My name is Mardi, and I am a registered 200-hour yoga teacher residing in Broward County, Florida. My ranges of techniques that I teach vary from gentle Hatha, slow flow or power Vinyasa, Restorative & Yin practices, as well. I currently teach students that focus on points of practice that can sometimes expand greater than the physical body, and with that connection provided though breathing styles and additional modifications (if need be), students find comfort from asana to asana.

I have coached middle, high school and college basketball players. I have coached players from all levels. My Boston Prep AAU team had D1, D2 and D3 players. I have “Coach of the Year” awards in the City of Boston and NYC. I won the New England college Coach of the Year and my first team was the Most Improved College team in New England College Basketball. I help you develop a championship mindset, habits and skills on the offensive and defensive. Special attention given to your Bball IQ.

More then 10 years of experience in all levels of tennis, from kids to seniors and from beginners to professionals. Attended more then 200 international tournaments as a coach to a professional tennis player. I played as a professional more then 50 international tournaments. Former top20 in Romania. My greatest achievement was being able to get my player from juniors in top 400 WTA (346wta singles and 386 wta doubles) 27 trophies as a coach on ITF tour. Passion for sport, ambition to become great, and desire to shape talent are some of my preferred skills to bring on the court.

Raised in a family steeped in martial arts, I was first introduced to Kung Fu by my uncle, a student of the legendary "Black Dragon" Ron Van Clief, at the age of 11. My passion for martial arts was reignited under the tutelage of Tracy Tyler, a maestro with an impressive 49 years of experience, and a student of Moses Powell. My journey took me to City Wing Tsun, where I dedicated three years, earning a black shirt in Wing Tsun. Eventually, I found Sifu Zig Short, delving into the William Cheung lineage with an intense focus on the Wooden dummy technique. Today, I carry these diverse experiences into my coaching, enriching the boxing practice of my students.
