Coach Blake started his basketball coaching career as a teenager at the Boy's & Girls Club. Later in life he played professionally for the two professional leagues in South Africa. Due to his influence, he started coaching. He led the girls and boys high school basketball teams at Queens High School (South Africa) to the conference finals. The boys won and made history for the school. Bright Waniko a college/pro prospect was the most skilled player he taught (video in media). Unfortunately, he passed away due to heart complications.

30 years full out athlete 9.5 months out of 12. Played softball as fast pitch catcher from 11 years old through college on an athletic scholarship. Played school, rec, travel, and tourney. Hitting and throwing lessons also.

I use Boxing and kickboxing to torch weight 💯 I’ve had clients collectively lose hundreds of pounds. My background includes competitive Muay Thai, MMA, and coaching in China. I also offer traditional personal training and adaptive fitness for autism programs and seniors. First session, we talk goals, then get to work.

I spent over a decade coachin' football in Chico, California, but I'm thrilled to be back home in Macon, where my heart is. As a football coach and trainer with Harris Elite Training, I've had the privilege of workin' with some of the most talented young athletes in the country, from ages 5-18. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to give back to my community. *My Story* Grown in Macon, I played football from a young age and knew that's what I wanted to do – coach and help young athletes develop their skills. Tennis has been my passion since I picked up a racket at the age of 8. From high school tennis to competing for the #1 Division 2 college team in the nation, the court has been my second home. For the past two decades, I've dedicated myself to teaching professional tennis full-time, bringing my expertise to top academies and clubs across Georgia, Texas, and South Carolina.
