I'm Brianna Norton, and I've been teaching fitness and yoga for 20 years, with experience guiding both beginners and seasoned practitioners. I've led fitness classes in Dallas and Atlanta and hold certifications in 200-hour Yoga Alliance, barre, Lagree Pilates, and health coaching through Wellcoaches. My passion lies in helping others achieve a balanced, healthy mind and body through movement. I strive for every class to leave you feeling empowered, confident, accomplished, and strong, embracing the core principles of strength, flexibility, stability, and mobility.

I have over 20 years of coaching experience. Coaching is my passion and purpose in life. Developing people through sports and culture is what I was created to do and I love it! I started playing pickleball a little over 2 years now and I can’t stop playing. I love the community aspect of the game and how it brings all different types of people and skill levels together. Although I coach the sport I also play it at a high level. So I make my training/coaching sessions fun, interactive, thought provoking, and competitive.
