I then became the lead singer of a band named Tension at the age of 24, who performed at such venues as Mutiny, The Underground Lounge, and the Elbo Room, as well as for parties and a wedding. I still play to this day with the guitarist James and his brother Seth I have also written and performed my own Spoken-Word rap and poetry since I was a teenager to this moment . From Classical to Rock, Pop, Opera, R&B, Rap/ Hip Hop, and everything in-between..I am well-versed and have written and performed many songs in. each of those genres. Basketball has been a major part of my life. I played in high school and college before a serious injury ended my playing career and led me into coaching. I went on to build a successful AAU program, start a sports media company, and become a basketball referee. My experience as a player, coach, mentor, and official allows me to teach not only basketball skills, but also confidence, discipline, basketball IQ, and a true understanding of the game.
