I played lacrosse for 15 years and was a two-time First Team All-State defenseman in high school. At the collegiate level, I competed across all three NCAA divisions, playing Division I at Manhattan College, Division II at the University of Indianapolis, and Division III at Wittenberg University. I also captained the Wallaceburg Griffins and won an Ontario Provincial Championship, gaining valuable leadership experience and a deep understanding of team culture. As a coach, I focus on teaching strong fundamentals, defensive technique, lacrosse IQ, and game-like decision-making.
