Currently serving as Shooting Coach and Offensive Coordinator for Next Level Lacrosse, as well as Head Coach at Washington Episcopal School. Through DMV Performance has helped over 100 athletes maximize their potential and reach their goals. Specializes in offensive skill development and advancing lacrosse IQ to help athletes perform at a high level.

Every practice is an invitation to sharpen technique, strengthen decision-making, and enjoy the craft of lacrosse. I have several years of teaching experience and combine technical coaching, tactical planning, and patient mentorship to develop confident, disciplined athletes. I'm a former member of the Division I American University lacrosse team and have also coached for M&D DC for four years!

For the past eight years, I've cultivated a passion for boxing and mixed martial arts in students. I'm currently 5-1 in my professional MMA career (my last fight was in the UFC Contender Series). Coming from a small city in India, I wasn't naturally athletic, but through my growing understanding of technique, athletics, and biomechanics, I fight at the highest levels. I blend time-tested techniques and concepts with personalized training, getting people to really love martial arts and boxing the way I do.

My teaching philosophy is that you must have fun. If studying guitar feels like a chore, this won't work. I like to meet students where they are, both overall (what's the music you love!) and how they feel week to week. I've played guitar since I was 14, and I love the instrument not only because it rocks, but also because of its rich history and its standing as an art object. I write guitar-focused journalism for magazines like Premier Guitar & Fretboard Journal.

Hi! I’m Bethania, a current medical student and lifelong competitive swimmer with international experience. I began as a lifeguard in high school and rediscovered my passion for teaching while instructing at Boston University. Alex Cyrille Lago is a professional tennis player and coach from Côte d’Ivoire. I started playing tennis at age five and trained for eight years at a high-performance center in Casablanca, Morocco. As a junior, he reached Top 300 in the ITF rankings and achieved a UTR of 13. He proudly represented Côte d’Ivoire in Davis Cup competition and won multiple international championships. I teach any tennis level . Kid from age 5 to 18 and adults .
