For the past eight years, I've cultivated a passion for boxing and mixed martial arts in students. I'm currently 5-1 in my professional MMA career (my last fight was in the UFC Contender Series). Coming from a small city in India, I wasn't naturally athletic, but through my growing understanding of technique, athletics, and biomechanics, I fight at the highest levels. I blend time-tested techniques and concepts with personalized training, getting people to really love martial arts and boxing the way I do.

I began playing tennis before I could walk. By age 11 I competed year-round in the Texas Junior Circuit. From age 9 to 13 I was coached by the greats John Wilkerson and Edgar Arnold and was on track to begin competing nationally by age 14. I have competed in tennis, football, and baseball at the collegiate, and professional levels for the majority of my life.

I am a Division I tennis athlete with over 15 years of playing experience and a Top 800 ITF ranking. I have competed at a high level in both national and international environments, developing strong technical skills, discipline, and a deep understanding of the game. My background includes intensive training, high-level match play, and working with experienced coaches, allowing me to bring structure, motivation, and competitive insight into every session.

I'm a seasoned volleyball coach with 8 years of coaching experience fostering athletes of all levels. I have been playing volleyball for 22 years now.

My playing style is unorthodox, but it works. I prioritize strength training, speed training, and explosiveness in order to be able to optimize my playing style on the court. Over the past ten years, my tennis journey has been a testament to perseverance and dedication. Starting in high school, I climbed from bottom of JV to become Varsity Captain, mastering both singles and doubles play. This passion eventually led me to Club Tennis at Penn State University, and pursue my passion of playing / teaching tennis.

I’m Coach DJ Foster, a former Army service member, collegiate athlete, and experienced football coach who’s passionate about developing athletes who compete with confidence, discipline, and control. My coaching background includes serving as a Defensive Coordinator for youth football, Head Coach for middle school boys and girls flag football, and Defensive Backs Coach at St. Frances Academy, experiences that have shaped my athlete-centered, development-first approach. My training philosophy is built around the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, meeting each athlete where they are physically, mentally, and emotionally to help them progress the right way. Every session is designed to improve movement efficiency, decision-making, and football IQ while reinforcing character traits like focus, accountability, and emotional discipline.
