A former collegiate athlete in soccer and track & field, he brings a multifaceted approach to coaching. As a professional stringer and dedicated mentor, Ferdinand specializes in junior and adult development programs, focusing on skill-building and fostering a love for the game. Do you know Pickleball? I am PPR Certified Coach and Pickleball Nerd. I live in Fairfax and my home court is George Mason University, however I will travel within an hour of my location. My playing style is unorthodox, but it works. I prioritize strength training, speed training, and explosiveness in order to be able to optimize my playing style on the court. Over the past ten years, my tennis journey has been a testament to perseverance and dedication. Starting in high school, I climbed from bottom of JV to become Varsity Captain, mastering both singles and doubles play. This passion eventually led me to Club Tennis at Penn State University, and pursue my passion of playing / teaching tennis.
