I began playing tennis before I could walk. By age 11 I competed year-round in the Texas Junior Circuit. From age 9 to 13 I was coached by the greats John Wilkerson and Edgar Arnold and was on track to begin competing nationally by age 14. I have competed in tennis, football, and baseball at the collegiate, and professional levels for the majority of my life.

With over 15 years of tennis instruction, I'm dedicated to fostering a love for the game while developing strong technical skills. My tailored approach ensures each student reaches their full potential on and off the court, with a fun, engaging experience.

A devoted tennis enthusiast, my journey in the tennis world began in 2002, engaging in tennis leagues and embracing the sport wholeheartedly. Transitioning into coaching in 2013, I found my true calling. With years of experience both on the court as a player and off the court as a coach, I've cultivated a deep understanding of the game, enabling me to inspire and guide others in their own tennis journeys.

Chris Pressley is an energetic athletic Offensive Line Coach with over 6 years of NCAA experience, and 2 year of full coaching experience. Having playing experience at both University of Maryland and North Carolina Central University. Also coaching experience at St. Stevens St. Agnes High School and Bowie State University. He has experience motivating clients, students, and training athletes to meet their goals in life and football.

With two years dedicated to teaching pickleball, I help players of all levels discover their potential. I foster a supportive environment where skill development is enjoyable and rewarding. My goal is to instill a lifelong love for the game.

Anthony Rowland Has Been in the Professional Health and Fitness Field For Over 8 years. For the past eight years, I've cultivated a passion for boxing and mixed martial arts in students. I'm currently 5-1 in my professional MMA career (my last fight was in the UFC Contender Series). Coming from a small city in India, I wasn't naturally athletic, but through my growing understanding of technique, athletics, and biomechanics, I fight at the highest levels. I blend time-tested techniques and concepts with personalized training, getting people to really love martial arts and boxing the way I do.
