Bob brings over 50 years of NCAA and high-school coaching and playing experience to every lesson he teaches. Having dedicated much of his life to the game, he has developed a deep understanding of lacrosse fundamentals, strategy, and player development. Bob has also spent many years providing private instruction, helping athletes sharpen their skills through personalized, detail-oriented coaching. His decades of expertise make him a trusted mentor for players of all levels.

I am a 2025 college graduate from St. Mary's College of Maryland. I played 4 years of college lacrosse there and am now a Assistant Coach and defensive coordinator for the team. Over the 2025-2026 season I have learned many valuable lessons about coaching and how to get the most out of my players while still keeping the love for the sport they have. I am passionate about this sport that have given me so much and now I am looking to give back in as many ways as I can.

Hi I’m Coach Reyes! Currently, I am the Women’s Lacrosse Head Coach at Notre Dame of Maryland a Division 3 Institution. I have been coaching since 2014 with my main focus in goalies and defense. I also understand offense is strategy and footwork to make you into a shifty offensive player. I have experience with 1 on 1’s and being in a small to large group environment. I would love to grow your skills and help grow your lax IQ.
