I have coached women basketball for over 30 years. I have taught basic and advanced fundamentals. My main goal was to focus on both sides of the basketball. Defense will make you want the ball more instead of being giving to you to score.

Hi I’m Coach Reyes! Currently, I am the Women’s Lacrosse Head Coach at Notre Dame of Maryland a Division 3 Institution. I have been coaching since 2014 with my main focus in goalies and defense. I also understand offense is strategy and footwork to make you into a shifty offensive player. I have experience with 1 on 1’s and being in a small to large group environment. I would love to grow your skills and help grow your lax IQ.

Meet Coach Tony, With 8+ years of experience, he specializes in practical self-defense and fitness for all ages. His background includes a Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt, a USA Judo Black Belt (under Lamonte Tyler), and a WTF Taekwondo Black Belt. He also trains in Muay Thai under Lamonte Tyler. With a diverse background, he offers a "complete" martial arts experience. I am a strength and conditioning specialist at Boyland high school in Baltimore, Maryland for the junior varsity and varsity football. Currently also the JV Defensive Coordinator and linebacker/Running Back specialist coach

Each session begins with purpose and ends with progress. I teach basketball with technical rigor and positive encouragement, drawing on several years of coaching experience to develop fundamentals, game intelligence, and lasting enthusiasm for the sport.

Brent Weigelt is a PPR certified pickleball coach who helps players build real confidence on the court. You get clear instruction, simple drills, and feedback you can use right away. Brent focuses on footwork, strategy, and smart shot selection so you grow your game with purpose. His background in tennis and years in the pickleball community give you a coach who understands where you are and how to move you forward.
