Coach Adriana is a PTR certified instructor with the ability to help players of varying skills improve their technique, footwork, strategy, and mental game. She has been coaching tennis to juniors and adults since 2002. She is also the head coach at First Serve Tennis Academy. She values every opportunity to be a mentor and role model working to promote a positive, safe, and player-centered learning environment. As a tennis coach, I’ve been teaching at Kim Grant Tennis Academy in Palo Alto, California and volunteered for a day at the John McEnroe Tennis Academy in New York. Coached at the Fairfax Racquet Club in Fairfax, Virginia & Tuckahoe Tennis Club in McLean, Virginia as an Assistant Head Tennis Coach. As a certified tennis coach, Adriana been teaching for the past 20 years helping juniors win Orange Ball tournaments and getting them accepted to play tennis on their high school varsity teams all over the entire DC metro area. Adriana is offering fun private, semi-private and group tennis lessons, hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Jed O’Neill brings over five years of lacrosse coaching experience at all levels, including the past three years leading varsity programs. Most recently, he guided a team to its first-ever regional championship and a historic appearance in the state semifinals. A former four-year collegiate player and team captain at Kenyon College, Jed combines deep game knowledge with a passion for mentorship, developing competitive, high-character teams with a focus on both personal and athletic growth.

I provide quality coaching experience. I teach extremely fast and you will get better 100%. I coached Frances Tiafoe from age 8 to 18 to become youngest Orange Bowl Champion in history. He is now ranked top 10 ATP.

With over 40 years of golf experience as a player & teacher. He became a coach to be able to pass on his extensive knowledge of the great game of golf to beginners, intermediate players, & pros. * Coach Mike has developed his very own special and unique golf philosophy and teaching methods. It’s this philosophy that is creating golf champions & believers. * He has educated himself by watching and playing with some of the top teachers and players in the game of golf. He has extensively studied the varied golf theories of the prolific teachers both past and present. * He has also endlessly watched and analyzed the moves and technique of the all time great ballstrikers (Moe Norman, Lee Trevino, Ben Hogan, Annika Sorenstam, and Jack Nicklaus), chippers (Ray Floyd, Gary Player) and putters (Bobby Locke, Ben Crenshaw). * Mike is a PGA Associate who shot 72 in his 5th round of 2019 to win the PGA playing ability test in Baltimore. He is a US Kids Golf Certified Instructor and PCA Certified Instructor.

Sumayah Arcusa, PGA, is a certified PGA Golf Instructor at The Lab 301 located in Bowie, Maryland. She is a native of Bowie, Maryland, and was raised in Prince George's County. She received her degree in PGA Golf Management and played collegiate golf. Sumayah’s students mainly consist of women and juniors, but her lesson books are open to all. She looks forward to helping you achieve your golf goals!
