From winning the NCAA Junior College MVP to playing in the NBA Summer League and with the Atlantic City Seagulls, I have honed my skills through diverse experiences. For the past 17 years, I've been dedicated to training athletes with my acclaimed Skills & Development and Strength & Conditioning Programs. Beyond basketball, my unique background in Martial Arts, Boxing, Dance, Weight Training, and DJing has allowed me to create the wildly popular DRENCHED Cardio workout, embraced by everyday people and celebrities alike.

I'm a lifelong musician and music lover who started playing cello in 1977. My background includes classical training and performances, as well as rock bands, arranging popular songs for solo and band shows, and writing my own parts for original music. I also write and produce music in Reaper, Ableton Live, and Pro Tools. I enjoy helping students learn to arrange and play music that inspires them, and I include appropriate music theory, ear training, and analysis in the lessons.
