Hello! I'm Nathan, a dedicated pickleball enthusiast with a play rating fluctuating between 4.8 and 5.2. I've passionately embraced the sport, competing in numerous tournaments and refining my gameplay. While I haven't taken up formal coaching, I'm always eager to offer friendly advice and have been guiding newcomers to the sport for the past four years. My approach centers on laying a strong foundation. If you're new to pickleball, we'll start with the basics, ensuring you grasp the fundamentals. Hey, my name is Norman, and I’m from Houston Texas. I’ve played tennis my entire life, with most of my competition dating back to my high school days at the varsity level. Quit playing for a bit honestly, when I went to college. Then I graduated from Texas tech, moved to Vegas, and with all the beautiful scenery and desert landscape, how could I not pick up this long lost childhood hobby again? So I picked up my racket again and started hitting. Kept hitting and fell in love with the sport once again, and now recreationally compete in intramural leagues here in the Vegas area! With a background in performing table tennis and track & field at the national level, I have been coaching sports for over 18 years. I also have experience coaching a junior rugby team in England, focusing on fitness and recovery. Hiking, tennis, and pickleball are my daily passions.
