Whether you're picking up a racket for the first time or looking to level up your intermediate skills, Ethan's here to share his knowledge and guide you every step of the way. Hi, I’m Mahmoud, an Olympic boxer and African Champion with years of experience in training and competition. Boxing has been my life, and through it I’ve built strong knowledge in fitness and nutrition. I’ve trained in different countries and worked with all levels. I focus on real results—weight loss, strength, and proper boxing skills. My goal is simple: help you get stronger, better, and more confident every session.

Justin, originally from Commack, NY, earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in psychology from Hofstra University. He has 22 years of experience playing and coaching tennis and, in 2024, was named the USTA Eastern Tennis Professional of the Year. He joined the SPORTIME team in 2020, as a tennis coach, and was promoted to Director of Tennis in 2023.

With over 30 years of professional music experience, I'm here to help you unlock your musical potential. I specialize in helping my adult students improve, regardless of their skill level. I coached softball and baseball for 10 total years (8-14 years old). I was a club baseball (Emerson Bandits) head coach for 3 years (14-16u). In the last 5 years I was an assistant varsity softball coach for 4 years at Westwood High School and last year I was named head varsity basbeall coach at Bergenfield High School. We won the BIT tournament in my first year and had a big turnaround season for that program. I have taught hitting for the past decade to all ages I am also a personal trainer for the past 25 years and I have owned a personal training facility for the past 19 years. You will learn how to get in real baseball/softball shape
