Born in China and I came to the US when I was 15. I joined local swim team in Beijing when I was 7, I won 6 first place in regional competition when I was 12. I started playing basketball at 13, at the same time, I was recommended by middle school coach to run track, 100 meter, 200 meter, 300 hurdle, 4x100 and 4x400. In 2018 I was in the state meet competing. I was not the most physically gifted runner so I had to study the forms, techniques. I love the game of basketball and I experienced basketball from both cultures. I played JV in middle school and Varsity in High school, I played shooting guard position. Being not the most physically gifted, I had to work extra hard on my skills, understanding the game. I truly believe coaching track, swimming, basketball or any sports is bigger/more than just teaching youngsters the skills, it’s about life, lessons we learn from playing sports, spending time and energy to understand each other and one self. With 14 years of basketball instruction, I cultivate skills and passion on the court. I provide tailored coaching and unlock player potential through expert guidance and personalized training. I foster a positive and focused environment.

Having honed my skills on the court as a D1 athlete, I've spent the past 28 years sharing my passion for tennis with players of all levels. I’ve been working with kids k-12 for 12 years now. I played baseball at The College of Saint Rose where I played outfield and second base. I specialize in fielding and fundamental mechanics both on the field and at the plate. Students should expect to gain an understanding of baseball within the first few lessons with me.

With over 13 years of swimming experience, I teach swimmers of all ages, from toddlers to adults. As a USA Swimming Certified Coach, I help swimmers improve technique, build confidence, and develop strong water safety skills. Whether learning the basics or refining advanced strokes, I create a positive, supportive environment that helps each swimmer reach their goals and become more confident in the water.

Been training martial arts boxing, and Muay Thai 20 years experiences, hands-on pro fighters and amateur ..! I have different experiences. I’m good at soccer baseball basketball handball surfing and many more things I’m very athletic.

I am a professional pitcher and former NCAA Division I student athlete at NYU and Fordham. I am a Northwoods League All-Star and Cape Cod League champion and built my career defined by competitiveness, durability, and performance. I continue to compete professionally, bringing a proven track record of success at every level and a relentless commitment to developing my craft on and off the field.

I am a certified pickleball coach and instructor. I received my certification through Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR). I also coach and instruct approximately 33 people which includes kids through adults and varies in skill levels. Every 2nd 4th Saturday of the month, as well as meet at various local parks weekly.

I have been playing tennis all of my life, and have played pickleball for the past 2 years. I am ready to get you up to tournament level.

I work with students at every level, from first-time players learning to hold a racquet correctly to competitive juniors and adults preparing for tournament play. Every lesson is built around your specific goals, whether that’s fixing a shaky serve, improving consistency, or developing a winning game plan.
